[Elecraft] K3 Dead MCU Load

Tom,

Use a direect serial port connection or a USB to RS232 connection and it
will pick up right where it left off.

I could not update with my old MicroKeyer either so I hooked up a USB to
RS232 and it updated the radio's firmware without a hitch.

So, take the Microkeyer out when updating firmware to be safe.
