Yah I've noticed that as well and really from a logical point of view the FCC should ELIMINATE
the exclusive CW segments as other than CONTESTS the Extras don't use them as much as they did
years ago! There's TYPICALLY more CW action up higher on a daily basis!!! And you don't hear very
many new Extras cluttering up their own segments with 5wpm, they all go higher for
contacts/practice! It's a "no-brainer!"
