[Elecraft] SWR missing in CW mode

[Marin QRP]

I am unable to get any SWR to show up on any band when I am in CW mode.
Switching to USB, LSB, the SWR shows up.   I've checked the DISP/Meter
button
and that doesn't solve the missing SWR bar.

Any suggestions?
