[Elecraft] [K3] Filter Band shift FC *0.74 ?

I have all 8 pole filters in my K3. I've set all my filter configurations to "0" offset. I see the Filter Band Shift  indicate "FC *0.74". Should that be correct? Am I not understanding something? Can I change that setting? If so what do I gain?  Help Ted
