How great is the customer service?  

I ordered some mod kits and in the comment section gave them my K3 # and
asked if they thought I might need to do any additional mods.  Madelyn 
replied, "I'll go ahead and send you the 180k resistor for the ALC
modification - 
just in case!"

What a company!  Great Business Plan
