[Elecraft] CW while in SSB mode

This control is far from intuitive. :-)  Go to CONFIG menu item CW WGHT and 
tap the "1" key. Display should momentarily say "CW +SSB" (allows CW in SSB 
mode) or "CW -SSB" (disallows CW in SSB mode).
