[Elecraft] KAT100 Capacitors C33-C36, C47

Jon,

The KAT100 parts list calls for 34 of the .1 uF capacitors (marked 
104).  If after final inventory you do not have 5 .001 uF (marked 102) 
capacitors, then a note to parts at elecraft.com asking for those parts is 
in order.
