I would look at the 2.8k although people say the 2.7k is fine and the 1.8
for ssb.  I would also go for either the 400 or 500hz for cw/rtty
 
The 2nd receiver is very handy I would run with at 2.8 and a 500 or 400 in
the sub receiver but you can fill it up.
 
Xvter option for receive antennas, Antenna tuner.

Looking at the K3

I do Data (PSK31, RTTY) and SSB on DXpeditions

I know the DVR and USB as it will used with HRD

What options would you suggest to put in the rig to start with knowing other
options can be added later.

And what filters are suggested for those modes.
