[Elecraft] K3 - RX of AM Broadcast band?

If you do use the main xmt antenna for AM BC reception you can
manually adjust the ATU for best signal (config KAT3: LC SET).

But note: In the current K3 bandswitch scheme, any MW (AM BC) freq you
dial up will automatically be considered 160m. So, if you manually
adjust the tuner for a MW BC station you are also changing the default
tuning for 160m; so hit ATU TUNE (or restore your 160m manual
settings) when you go back to a 160m ham band freq.
