There is no hardware available to support and interrupt 
output on DSR.  It simply does not exist - no free outputs 
on the MCU and no driver for the software to activate.

Why would any transceiver incorporate a full three pair 
(TxD/RxD, RTS/CTS, DTR/DSR) interface if it had no need 
for it?  Kenwood and the recent Yaesu rigs use RTS/CTS 
handshake but I can't think of any transceiver that even 
implements DTR/DSR.
