Julian, my objective is to return the K3 to the state is was before my 
app ran...   Therefore, the only way to change bands is to
"Tap" the BAND key and read/save the state for each band.  This is 
complicated by how the user has setup the BAND IN/OUT sequence.  None of 
this a a major problem, but stepping through the bands by tapping BAND 
UP or DOWN is slow.
