[Elecraft] K3/ACLog interface failure

Mine works fine too with different settings using a straight thru cable to
the RS232 port on an old HP.
Rig = Elecraft
Comm port = 1
Baud Rate = 4.8k
8 data bits
1 stop bits
Connection Power = RTS
Polling rate = 2 sec
Mode by: Rig
