[Elecraft] Headphone balance

[W4GRJ]

Just change CONFIG Spkrs to 2 .. No change, the left volume still approx 50%
of the right

Hmmm... it works here by just tapping the SUB "on" and setting CONFIG: 
SUB to Balanced. Inner knob (Main AF) controls the overall volume level 
and outer knob (Sub AF) controls left-right balance.

Unfortunately this only works in Diversity mode.
