[Elecraft] Headphone balance

Sounds like I have a problem. Will contact Elecraft next week, radio was
just received last week.

Hmmm... it works here by just tapping the SUB "on" and setting CONFIG: 
SUB to Balanced. Inner knob (Main AF) controls the overall volume level 
and outer knob (Sub AF) controls left-right balance.
