[Elecraft] K3 + Palstar AT-AUTO + SteppIR Vertical + MicroKeyer 2

As documented in the microHAM microKEYER II manual, there
are TWO auxiliary data outputs available from microKEYER II.

The first output is the CI-V jack (3.5 mm). MK II can be
configured to provide an Icom compatible "transceive" data
broadcast with selectable data rate (1200 - 19200 bps) and
CI-V address. Frequency data can be selected from "trasmit
frequency," "receive frequency," "operating frequency,"
(shifts between TX/RX), VFO A, VFO B or "Sub RX frequency."

The second output is a TTL serial port the iLINK port (pin
functions are documented in Appendix A of the manual).
The "iLINK" port can be configured to output control data
(transmit frequency to prevent "hunting" when operating
split) for the SteppIR (original controller) in SteppIR's
native mode. Use of SteppIR's native command set inhibits
transmit when the SteppIR elements are moving. This port
can be used with a TTL to RS-232 converter (or the microHAM
iL/ST cable) to connect to the DATA OUT port of the SteppIR
controller.

It is trivial to use the iLINK port to control the SteppIR
via the SteppIR Data Out port and the CI-V port to control
the AT-Auto (configured for an Icom transceiver).
