[Elecraft] K3 + Heil HC4

I am unable to get  Heil HC4 working  connected to K3 front panel.Tried
FP.H/FP.L  with  bias on and off but  no luck !??.
Connected  cheap Condenser Microphone Element  on FP - worked great. On rear
panel  HC4  works fine. Any idea ?
