[Elecraft] [K3] 150 watt "boots" for 160m

I am reminded of the recent sale item from Elecraft.  The 2010 ARRL Handbook
is to have a 250 Watt HF amp design in it.  One ought to be able to drop the
K3 output appropriately to drive it to 150 Watts.
