[Elecraft] Ethernet to Serial Converter

The eBay seller is shown as WA9MVZ and QRZ.com says he is now KS9O, 
Frederick Glenn.  That sure sounds like it would be Glentek.

He sounds pretty busy, but I suspect that an email to him would get 
answers to any questions.
