[Elecraft] [K3] M1-M4: Can a CW Paddle that has four memory switches be wired directly to the K3?

We're interested in this, Gary -- thanks for the suggestion.  
Meanwhile, you can always use the "Terminal" function of K3 Utility to  
send/receive in CW, RTTY, and PSK31 modes using your PC keyboard.
