[Elecraft] K144XV, UK VAT increase

Hi Mike,

If it looks like we can't get the UK K144XV orders out to arrive in time 
to beat the 1/1/2010 U.K VAT increase, we will eat it and pay the 
difference and discount them by the 2.5% to U.K. customers. This is our 
current top priority. Believe me, I want to ship these more than anyone :-)
