K3 Band Stacking Registers V7.1

There is a new download available that includes steps in the readme.txt that will keep anyone from getting "files missing" messages. The installer will be revised before full release to manage this.

Under "Beta Test 2009". The file name is now K3BSR-B2.zip after the download.
