[Elecraft] Best way to sell K2 S/N 5,960

Hello Folks,

I just finished a QRP K2 that I'll be putting up fro sale later. Was a friend's that he never built. 

My question is this.....would it be easier to sell if I built and installed the KAT2 or sold that separately?

I did install the 160 meter board.
