In my haste, I forgot to mention that Lisa, Madelyn and Olivia at 
sales at elecraft.com or the Elecraft phone number (now 831-763-4211) are 
my initial and primary contacts.  In all cases, I am greeted with a 
pleasant voice and a helpful response.  These "front end" people do a 
wonderful job.  Thank you for your responsiveness (even when I know you 
are having a 'bad day').
