[Elecraft] Sub RX Noise Blanker - 3051

Hi Folks

I can't seem to get the  Sub RX noise blanker to function.
Working fine on the main RX.

When swapping to the Sub the NB icon is not showing and 
cannot be toggled on.

Ver 3.27
