[Elecraft] K3 -extended- low end Bass response back in next betarelease

Thank goodness for bugs!
I wonder if anyone understands why the bass was cut off in the first place?
BTW: NR seems to work really well for CW now. It's actually helping the copy 
of the weak ones. 73
