[Elecraft] K3 Channel Hopping

I agree that this would be nice... Such that if you overwrite a memory
on accident then pressing CLR would revert the memory back to its
original state.  I mentioned this before and I think Wayne mentioned it
as one of those things he'd like to get done some day.
