[Elecraft] K3 : toggle between two powers ?

DXLab's WinWarbler has user programable command lines that can be  
executed when changing modes.  I use them to set the specific data  
mode and also to send the PC command to set the power level I want.   
For example when selecting PSK31 it sends the command to the radio to  
select data-a mode, shifts the FC for me and sets power for 40W.
