[Elecraft] Still More P3 Details

What you're talking about is essentially an SDR , and they already 
exist  ... either functioning standalone or through the K3 IF port.  
Everything you describe (including logging and various maps) already 
exists in one form or other.  The P3 appears to be headed more in the 
direction of a dedicated accessory.
