[Elecraft] P3 display of K3 filter bandwidth and other information

- Mouse connection to the P3 to point in the P3-display and shoot, My
number one!

- Keyboard connection to P3 to type something --> K3 will send CW,
PSK31, RTTY, or what say you.
- Take out the computer: config the K3 through the P3 if mouse and
keyboard are connected.
- freq-entering via keyboard
