This is good to know for I feel the phone audio level is inadequate, 
especially if using RX equalizer which can attentuate that level. I had even 
considered building an external phone amp to plug in with the phones.

So add my voice to the count for adding to the configuration menu a method of 
increasing the phone volume, similar to command above, which does seem to work 
correctly.
