[Elecraft] PL1 Error on 10M

Any procedures I'm involved with are written only *after* I've done them
myself. Then others test them to confirm that they work and I monitor the
reflector to see what problems other people have. 

Yeah, it is too bad the boards need the extra spacing provided by the lock
washers, but everyone I've spoken with who did it according to the book -
pinching the corners of the board to hold the screw head in on one side and
the lock washer on the screw on the other side - had no problems. 

If only the Reference Oscillator board install was as easy ... sigh. But
that board doesn't need to come out for this mod.

The "Elecraft procedure" is easier written than done (I've 
fought with (and lost) the lockwashers more times that I 
care to).  

Running the cables and getting the KRX3 in place is also not 
the most simple/intuitive operation.  It's certainly not a 
five minute job for me even though I've pulled and installed 
KRX3 several times between my two rigs.
