[Elecraft] PL1 Error on 10M

It seems a poor choice to try installing that resistor with the Syn board in
place when it's "hammer simple" to pull the board and work on it properly.

99% of the work is just getting the top cover off and putting it back on.

Regarding the Synthesizer ALC mod, **with care** the 180k resistor(s)
(plural
if you have a KRX3) can be installed without removing the synthesizer
board(s).  See #3 below.
