[Elecraft] K3 and Heathkit SB-610 monitor scope

The SB-610 was basically a transmit monitor scope but could
also be used to monitor receiver IF's up to 6KC (at least
according to the manual) but I have never used one that way.
In any case the IF on the K3 is to high.
