[Elecraft] Elecraft's website down

As others have pointed out, the SLO thing was a hoax. But both the FCC  
and the folks in San Luis Obispo county are taking it quite seriously.  
They have issued a press release that makes it clear how important and  
welcome hams are to their county.

...and this one is definitely not  a hoax, even if you do read it on  
the internet.
