[Elecraft] K3 and Hamradio Deluxe

Since updating to FW 2.38, Hamradio deluxe is no longer able to connect with the K3.  It says can't read K3 frequency OR the K3 is in "Memory Mode," whatever that means.  The Elecraft Utility sees the K3 just fine.

Has anyone encountered this and resolved it?
