[Elecraft] K3 USB TO SERIAL CABLE

I'm using Vista x64.  I have two adapters that use the Proliant chip.  
Vista recognized both of them and installed the drivers without my 
having to provide anything.  One of the adapters worked but the other 
was very flaky.
