[Elecraft] K3: A>B two-step (was "illogical coding")

On my K3 (MCU 2.38) press and hold REV - you can change the
WIDTH setting and tune the pileup. But when you release the REV
the WIDTH setting reverts to what it was before you pressed REV.

So every time you press and hold REV, you have to use the WIDTH
 to change the bandwidth.

Not a major problem, just very inconvenient.
Like changing the WIDTH while you are transmitting.
Like autonotch on SSB not turning off with the second tap.
Like having to tap A>B twice.
Like having VOX delay add to the release time of the PTT switch.
Like not having a fixed output of both RX & TX audio on LINE OUT.
 It's the little things.

I forgot ...... the M>VFO confirmation before it writes!
