Jon,

Actually, those are all miniature chokes.  Use any one of them at RFC15, 
but if you have one that is different looking, I would suggest using 
that one at RFC15.

I bend one lead back along the body of the choke,  and I solder the 
unbent lead to pin 16.  That keeps the exposed lead further away from 
tinned solder pads and via holes on the board.  There is no right or 
wrong way to orient it, that is just the way I do it.

After you install it, check the resistance across it with an ohmmeter to 
be certain it did not become open during the lead bending and soldering 
process.
