[Elecraft] W2ENY headsets for kenwood radios ( K3)

After reading Don's message about pin 5 and 6 I started to scratch my head
as to whether I made a modification or not to the Kenwood adapter for the
W2ENY headset/microphone. 

I really can't remember; the microphone is indeed electret. If I did change
the pin 5 and pin 6 wiring in the adapter, it was no big deal as the adapter
is easily taken apart. The headset/microphone works perfectly out of the box
with the rear connector. 

You do need external PTT or you can use VOX.
