[Elecraft] K3: TX audio setup

Be sure you do not have "Mic Bias" turned on in the K3.  Bypass 
the radio preamp in MK2R+ and enable the preamp for recording to 
the "soundcard."  Applying bias (DC) to a dynamic element 
will reduce output - particularly lows.
