[Elecraft] K3: No Power Output

Thanks Vic... that was it.  Somehow TX INH had been set to LO=INH.  I  
set it back to OFF, and power suddenly returned.  Thanks again for the  
wisdom of this group!

Check CONFIG TX INH. If it isn't off and the TX INHIBIT pin is  
floating, it might cause the symptom you have.
