[Elecraft] K3: No Power Output

Thanks Lyle, but I have already tried that, and the K3 is NOT in test  
mode.

This means the radio is in TX TEST mode.

Hold the TEST button (the right side of the MODE switch) to cancel TX  
TEST mode and return to normal transmit operation.
