[Elecraft] K2 cw recieved on both sides of zerobeat?

Sam,

You need to align the filters and BFOs so you receive only one 
sideband.  With a wide filter setting, you cannot 'center' the filter 
without the passband lapping over into the other sideband.  Set filters 
wider than 1.8 times your sidetone pitch so the low corner frequency is 
at 200 Hz and extend upward from there.  Even though it is a CW filter, 
wide filters must be treated in a similar manner to SSB filters.  Use 
Spectrogram to obtain the optimum settings.

If you are not familiar with setting the filters or using Spectrogram, 
review the article on my website www.w3fpr.com dealing with K2 Dial 
Calibration.  Part 3 of that article deals with setting the filters.
Once you have used Spectrogram for setting the filters, you will never 
go back to any other method - after doing it once, it is easy.
