[Elecraft] [K3] FLx GN Adding Db gain

I've bought a 400hz  eight pole CW filter. Although the manual recommends 1-2 db for a setting, I see that the adjustment can be higher. What setting are most CW operator using? I can't tell that there is an improvement. Ted Wa6riv at aol.com
