[Elecraft] K3 CW Keying via Serial Port?

Can I key my K3 on CW down the serial port line from a logging program? 
  I'm trying to get N1MM set up on my laptop, and haven't figured out 
the CW keying options.  N1MM follows the radio just fine so that part is 
working.  Off-reflector answers welcome.
