[Elecraft] [K3] Seeking elmer for CW setup

I would like to have a one on one phone elmer to maximize the setup on my K3. I run cw only. Topics will be
floor noise, agc,selectivity, and setup. Sorry I own no mic. My Omni 7 doesn't either.  Ted 209-601-5354
