[Elecraft] HRD, K3, K31 status [Technobabble warning]

Hi All,

I have changed the HRD support so that the radio stays in K31 mode *but* some to use the FW command I switch the radio to K30, for example:

K30;FW;K31;

Larry - let's see if this works OK with LP-Pan-o-matic.
