[Elecraft] Elecraft K3 + Microham?

Looking at the wiring diagram for the USB keyer it seems you may have the audio 
lines reversed.  The Microham K3 cable labled Line OUT should connect to the K3 
Line Out on the rear panel and the Line IN on the cable should go to the K3 Line In.

It looks like the PTT line is connected to the K3 accy port.  That's fine.  Sounds 
like your PTT line is working correctly anyway.  Swap the In and Out lines and you 
should be OK.
