[Elecraft] sidetone range

I don't know how high you want to go but B5 is within 3 Hz of 
990 and E6 is within 2 Hz of 1320.  In both cases the 2-3 Hz 
is probably within the error of the reference. 

At higher tones even 5 Hz (C6 = 1046.5, D6 = 1174.7) is probably 
acceptable to all but the most highly trained ear since the 
error is < .5%.  I know that being able to use 520 Hz (C5=523.3 
Hz) is far more natural than either 500 or 550 Hz.
