Ron,

You can use 2 SPDT relays in place of the DPDT, and it may make life easier.
Most any relay that will handle more than 5 amps at 222 MHz (assuming a 
low SWR) will do the job nicely on the output side.  If you need fast 
acting relays, look at the Kilovac HC1 (or similar) vacuum relays which 
switch in less than 5 ms.  On the input side, you may want to consider 
the same relays that are used in the KPA100.

The situation is no different than the T/R switching for a typical HF 
amplifier, but the efficiency and SWR contribution at 222 MHz must be 
considered too.

For QSK, you may want to consider something like that shown at

It certainly should do the job for you.
